Sam: Hi Cloe! Where do you wanna have some coffee? Chloe: Which coffee are you talking about? Today i s Black Friday! Remember? Sam: So what? I’m thirsty! Chloe: Today it’s our journey to buy all the things that we can’t usually afford , I think that we should take advantage of it! Sam: I think that you’re wrong! Chloe: You’re kidding! Sam: No, I’m serious! It seems to me that Black Friday is the day of consumerism, people go crazy on buying staff that they don’t really need. They just buy it because it’s cheaper. Chloe: I don’t think so! In my opinion, this day is a good opportunity for the people with low incomes, to buy everything they need and still eat . Sam: This is the problem! Chloe: What problem? Sam: They have made us believe that we need a lot of physical things to be happy, we always want more tha n what we have. Our first university year is coming and whether we are leaving home or staying, things are going to be different. But which are the advantages and disadvantages of starting a new life outside our houses? On the one hand, we have the opportunity of becom ing an independent person, that includes all the freedom to decide how we want to organize our new life. We won't have schedules and limits as before. It  means we will have to be really responsible and mature people not to transform our life into a chaos. On the other hand, leaving home means that we will have to pay our own bills and that also includes having a job to pay them, unless our parent s are willing to pay for us, but this is a thing that rarely happens. So leaving home will include to sacrifice part of our free time and stop doing other activities to go to work. In conclusion, I don’t know what I am going to do next year, but I have really clear that I’m not going to leave my house and my family

The way a person looks doesn’t define the way that it is, I think that everyone knows that, but we live in a society that is based on the physical appearance. We live constantly surrounded by advertising, social media and prejudices that remind us that if we want to be accepted by the world we have to follow its standards, if not we are out. Firstly, even though we all know that is not correct, every time we meet a new person, we try to imagine what their life is like just by basing our opinion on the way that he or she looks like. It’s a society problem because we have been taugh that bad people always look  like monsters and the pretty ones are always the heroes of the story. Secondly, I think that the way a person look s might not influence the character, what takes part in the character is your own love. A person that love s herself without caring about other s opinion s , i s going to be happy and confident with it. But physical appearance obviously influence s

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing in response to your job offer. I would like to apply for a code-breaker position at the Bletchley Park. I feel I am a competent person for this position because of my coldness. I really like working under pressure and one of my abilities is my determination in decisions making. Between my friends’ group I have always been the one that keeps all the secrets and the one that doesn’t explain hers. So I am really confident on don’t NOT tellING  anyone about this job. I have never worked in a project like that, but I have a m athematic s degree by the University of Barcelona. I am quite good at chess too, I played it with my father during all my childhood and I also competed with my high school in the national league. I hope that you will consider employing me. Please text me if you need more information. I look forward for your reply. Yours faithfully, Christine Lord.

Currently, online shopping is a new way of consuming the same products that in real stores, but it is a system more adapted to today’s lifestyle. For this reason in recent years, shopping online hasn’t stopped increasing. On the one hand, one of the advantages is that customers don’t need to move from their houses, so every moment is a good time for shopping. That is really good for online companies because they have increased their benefits. Also it’s an advantage for the ones that usually don’t have enough time to go to the “real” shop. On the other hand, we have li ttle stores, those that are not big enough to have a digital page for shopping. Those ones are in real danger of disappearing because unlike the big brands and stores, the number of their customers has decreased.  In conclusion, I have to say that even though I’m not a person that love s going shopping, I prefer to go to the real shop b ecause I like to try products, specially clothes before buying t

As we have read it in the text, the development of this morphing technology is the sign of the evolution of artificial intelligence. But if this tool is not use d with a good intention , it can be as dangerous as to start a war. First of all, he combination of voice-morphing and face-morphing can create convincing fake statements by public figures. That fact is really dangerous because in a critical moment for the relationship between two countries, a fake statement could be the trigger of a bigger issue. Secondly this new morphing technology is a big problem for society because everytime that we read a piece of news on a digital platform, we are not a hundred percent sure that this information is true. That means that we have to be really critical not just with the things w hat we read, now we have to be it, also with all the news that we hear and see. In conclusion, we are starting a new stage on the communication world. W e have to be really careful , because as

Hi Guys, Today I’m going to talk about love-locks and how my perspective of this objects has changed all over the years. On one of my fir st trips with Clive, we went one night to the Pont des Arts and while we were walking, we saw many couples attaching padlocks on the bridge. We thought that it was a really cute idea, so we decided to buy one love-lock and attache like the others. Also we thre w the key into the Sienne’s river to symbolize our eternal love. We left Paris without knowing the impact that our love-lock would have in the future for the preservation of the cultural heritage. These o bjects have distorted the image of many of the most important monuments around the world like : The Eiffel Tower. When I was in Paris, I didn’t think about these f acts because I had a really selfish attitude, just thinking about myself . Nowadays, I support the No love-locks campaign because I believe that it is the r esponsibility of all of us, to respect the hi
